  • Maya, the oldest of the three members of Trihealers. She was brought up by her mother, one of the kindest souls with the largest heart. She laid her foundation for life. Maya has a Master’s degree in nutrition and has taught most of her life at college and school level. The change happened when her health took a down turn for a few years. These were very trying times, although today she feels blessed as it pushed her on the path of Yoga & Ayurveda. It created self-discipline and an understanding of her body’s wisdom and strength which she had never experienced before. Her only purpose became- to help people through yoga, pranayama, meditation and good wholesome food according to the unique body mind constitution. Getting back to health is easy, one just has to decide that they are a priority.
  • Kavita, she is the second member. A History Graduate and Masters in the Media. She spent a lot of glamorous long hours working behind the camera. But life had other plans. She did her Yoga Teachers Training at the Yoga Institute Mumbai 16 years back. She went on to do deeper studies of the Yoga Scriptures. “I am a lifelong student of Yoga and continue to be. “Eat breathe love yoga” that’s me.” Today, she wakes up every morning just to spread the simple messages to everyone, that Yoga has given her. She has gone from being fearful and anxious to having self-discipline and absolute faith. This has inspired her to support and motivate people to bring in easeful living and well-being through simple natural time-tested techniques that yoga offers us.
  • Richa, she is the younger daughter/ sibling and the third Trihealer. A constant sense of uneasiness from a young age led her to Graduate in History, do Masters in Sociology and a Diploma in Fashion Designing. None of this could settle that uneasy curiosity till she laid her hands on Ayurveda. She did her Masters in Ayurveda. She had heard of people talking a lot about passion, being a natural at something, having it in your grain. These were concepts alien to Richa till she started studying Ayurveda. Unravelling this ancient system of healing brought her pure joy. And from here on, to help people to reconnect with their own bodies and its natural rhythms to bring healing and transformation in their lives was the natural way forward. Richa believes ‘We are all unique and so we need unique paths to heal ourselves.
